How to get to:

Codicote Tennis Club,  Bury Lane, Codicote, Herts  SG4 8XY

Instructions from the A1(M) 

Coming North from London - take Junction 6, but be careful, as there is no junction 5 northbound. Junction 6 is sign posted as A1000. From the slip road, you will come to a roundabout. Take the first exit on your left. Go along here for about 200 yards and you will see a BP Petrol station on your right. Turn right immediately after the petrol station and go down behind it. This is called London Road. This road leads into Welwyn. Drive through Welwyn past a Tesco Express on your right and a Church. On your way out you go through a one-way street, which takes you up to a roundabout. Go straight over (sign-posted to Codicote).

 Follow this road for just over a mile. You will pass a Royton Lorry Park on your right. On your left you will see the 'CODICOTE, please drive carefully' sign. Come up the hill into Codicote and drive through the centre of the village. You will pass 3 Pubs - on your right - first The Globe followed shortly by The Goat and a Cantonese Restaurant that looks like a pub called the As you Like it. This is followed by The Bell pub. All these are on your right - After The Bell, take the next right which is Bury Lane. This lane has three left turns, you will then see the Church on your right. Immediately after the Church on your left is the entrance to Codicote Sports and Social Club. Drive in here and park where you can. 

 Approaching Codicote from Hitchin (A656).

Coming into Codicote there will be a garden centre on your left called Wyedale. There will be a road on your left called Tower Road, then take the next left which is called Bury Lane. This lane has three left turns then you will see the Church on your right. Immediately after the Church on your left is the entrance to Codicote Sports and Social Club. Drive in here and park where you can.
